- Evaluation of the base year performance indicators and targets, including assessing the “soft” Market Development indicators;
- Mid-term review, including commentary on financial/ numerical indicators against targets and progress of Market Development indicators;
- Partial review of ongoing and completed HEP ESCO sub-projects and HBOR sub-projects;
The final assessment of ESCO activities, including lessons learnt and recommendations, was planned for 2009/10. Unfortunately, I had left the company before the end of the project.
